Refund Policy

All sales are final

Coursepad purchases — the lifetime licence and any add-ons — are non-refundable. Please make sure Coursepad is right for you before you buy.

Try before you pay

The monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends, from Settings › Plan › Manage billing in the app, and your card is never charged. That trial is how you evaluate Coursepad.

Cancelling the monthly plan

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're not billed again. Partial months are not refunded.

The exceptions

We will still issue a refund where:

• you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled during the trial;
• Coursepad does not work as described and we can't fix it for you; or
• a refund is required by the consumer law that applies where you live — nothing in this policy removes those rights.

Email rishab.alim@gmail.com within a reasonable time and we'll sort it out. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and revoke the access they paid for.
